We want you to love your unit. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The wig must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Custom Units:

• Custom units are made to order and are final sale. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
